The story behind Clock Tower and how it came to be. A little connection to Sherwood and your memories etc.
The Clock Tower is a concept driven micro brewery which has been spearheaded by Tribhuvan Yadav and his childhood pursuit of creating the perfect neighbourhood pub. This has strong influences of his school days at Sherwood Nainital. The heavy pine woodwork, large English style doors and windows along with a 24 foot high ceiling has been influenced by the Sherwood school building and the extensive European travels and experience that the Yadav family has been through.

The team which is now pre-opening has also got Rohan Kichlu, Navjot Singh, Prakash Bisht and a young talented team of food creators and mixologists on board. The strong Kolkata, Colonial and British Raj era concept in evident with the overall design, layout, furniture, the micro details as well as the Victorian style beers that they will be brewing. The food will also have a strong influence of Anglo Saxon food and Western cuisine. The USP will be the building, the British Raj style setup, the unique ambience of the old boys section, the sports galley, the Anglo Raj Verandahs and the Raj era ground floor. The building is as rustic as could be. The two large 6 foot clocks on the tower will be a first at Golf Course Road and over time become a landmark and destination for customers as well as passers by. Needless to say-The seasonal barbeque and self grill concepts are also in the pipeline.

Tribhuvan Yadav-Sherwoodian by birth and educated in Europe. Spearheads the business and has a vision to run friendly neighbourhood F&B concepts and unique destinations for home stays, adventure holidays and nature trails along with his adventurer sibling-Madhur. This duo have some grea concepts in the pipeline and are slated to be launched in a planned, structured and periodic manner over the next few years. Rohan has worked a decade in hospitality with ITC Hotels, The Park along with a two year stint in consulting and feasibility studies and has his MBA from Rhode Island USA. He has now been entrusted to assist in building The Clock Tower brand along with the operations and brand development for the near future. Navjot our young star is our master mixologist from The Park Hyderabad and Prkasg Bisht will be the manager for the Golf Course Road operations. He has been with ITC Hotels, The Park and most recently Indian Accent.
